Horrible customer service. Cabinets were damaged from factory, salesperson said he forwarded our pictures, which we sent immediately. No response what so ever.

Paid for a full new kitchen with instal. Many of the cabinet faces were already damaged upon instal and it was tough to get replacements. They never installed the toe kicks because they “ran out of time” and didn’t come back. We paid in full by cheque but months later got a letter from collections for just over $7. Really?! If they gave us the wrong invoice amount just say so and I’ll give you $7. They would rather destroy your credit. The kitchen didn’t hold up well over the years either.

Purchased kitchen craft cabinets for my entire house through Direct Buy. Was told I was not the “first buyer” of the cabinets so I had ZERO warranty. Clearly having manufacture defects on our solid Oak cabinets finish . So much for a 25 year warranty the talk about . No support for their own product . Would never buy kitchen craft cabinets again.

We had Kitchen Craft design ad install our kitchen. We were very impressed with the designers knowledge and very happy with the installation! So happy that we had them design and install our ensure bathroom and master bathroom. Great service and a pleasure to deal with.
