David Hawksworth is an award-winning chef and owner of Hawksworth Restaurant in downtown Vancouver, as well as Chef Ambassador for Air Canada. David returned to his hometown in 2000 after a decade in London, England working with Michelin-starred chefs. When he’s not busy heading up the Hawksworth Restaurant kitchen, David can be found fishing in northern BC or hitting the slopes in Whistler with his family.
