Perfectly Polished owner/esthetician Hailey Tran’s recipe for success is going the extra mile for each and everyone of her clients.
“We really care about our clients, many of them have become friends, so we treat them as such,” says the savvy businesswoman. “We never overbook, our prices are good and we value our clients’ time. We work hard to ensure that we are on time and no one waits for their appointment.”

Eighty-three-year-old Betty is a fan. The feisty senior lives nearby and without fail walks over to Perfectly Polished with a vente latte in hand for her bi-monthly standing appointment for a manicure and pedicure. Over the years the two have become fast friends, sharing local gossip while Hailey indulges her with some serious pampering.
“Betty sort of adopted me as her granddaughter,” she quips.
The best nail place I have been to since I was 13! 10 years ago. Got acrylics and they've lasted longer than they are suppossed to, since I wasn't able to make my appt for my fill just yet. Very impressed. I will only have Hailey do my nails.
I've had my nails done at many salons in Richmond, and this is by far the best! It's clean, the staff is amazing, and the nails are beyond what I had expected! I will only come here from now on!!
