    Brought my car in for an oil change and checked the oil after I got it back and it seemed dirty. Spoke with Marc at Loftus and he was adamant that it was done and I could tell based on the oil filter. It would be a FRAM oil filter he said. So I took it to the dealer and had them check it and there words were the “oil is black as molasses and it still has the original Toyota filter from the previous oil change. The oil change was not done. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Ill never go back there.
