Homeowners, don’t bother with this company. We waited two weeks to get a tech in to look at a problem we were having. When they didn’t turn up for the scheduled appointment, we called, left messages that were never returned, etc. today we were told that a work order had been issued but that their tech refused to work on our propane appliance. Go to some reliable and someone you can trust, like Central Mechanical. Bassett clearly doesn’t need the little guys business
