Wow! What an amazing place! I felt like a queen! We were so pampered! I felt like I was back in time when service was service! The waiters were so attentive and helpful; the food was to die for! I had the 20 rib eye which also gave me two more meals at home. Can't wait to go back!
When you go do not expect a high end atmosphere, wear your jeans and be comfortable its ok. You want a good steak cooked right infront of you, its there. The waiters have no personality really but I do not care. Just give me a good steak and drinks and I am ok. The meat they use is Angus beef and its a very good quality. Very important other steak houses charge for sides The Angus does not! I have been to quite a few steak houses and this one by far is on my top three.
Heard some mixed reviews about this place so decided to give it a try. Didn't wait too long to get seated but the table we had was too small. Asked if we could switch to another table and the server gave a hand gesture like he didn't want to do it. Felt like we were sitting for at least 25 minutes until our order was finally taken. ordered the 20oz rib steak, medium rare, and it was okay. The steak was juicy, a little over cooked for my liking, but salty.
Steaks were amazing, the place was quiet,clean staff friendly. took my three sons here for thier combined B-Day dinner, they loved it and said it was the best steak they have ever had:-)
Black Angus is the best steak house in the GTA!! If your looking for ambience and decor go somewhere else BUT If your looking for incredibly delicious steak this is the place!!!
This steakhouse is a staple in Etobicoke. It is an amazing Steak experience from the moment you get there till the moment you leave. Exceptional service and great value.
Well Ilived in Etobicoke for many years and my dad would take us to the Black Angus when we were young.I've been going there for 30 plus years.I've never had a bad meal.The steaks are just great!!. Ever person I have brought has said that was the best steak they ever had. Yes the inside is dated and it can get a little loud but if you want a great steak there is no better.
Black Angus is hands-down the best steakhouse in the city. My family and I have been going here for the last 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The steak is superb and the service is wonderful.

The prices here rival any of the fine dining places in Toronto and overall they miss the mark. My striploin was good - not great, my mashed potatoes tasted like dust, and their fried are blah. That said the rib-eye was amazing and my lobster tail was great. I would happily go back just for the Rib-eye.
Undoubtedly the best steak in town. YOu can pay more but you won't get more. Excellent service. If you're going to go big, go big at the Black Angus.

Great place, great food, great staff. I have visited what many consider the top steak houses in various locations across Ontario, the US and even a couple overseas, but none compare to Black Angus.
Tasty, Old School, No messing around beefhouse. Waiters are informative, tuxedo clad. Good Wine Selection, Old fashioned ambience. Quietly, one of the best steakhouses in Toronto.
had a problem with the waiter and the price of the meal for what you get is super inflated. A tourist trap and the grimy walls made it feel like a last supper, not a family orientated or romantic place at all.
