    Horrible Customer Service. I bought an expensive dual gas / electric range. The customer didn't tell me that I would need a 220-volt power outlet which we don't have in our kitchen. I immediately called the salesman and he said to go to their website and request an exchange. Which I did. They said I would have to take pictures of the range. Which I did. Then they informed me there would be a 25% "re-stocking fee". Which is ridiculous. STAY AWAY. Warn all your friends to not shop there.

    Friend of mine warned me about CAS, I didn't listen. My experience was a really good lesson, more regrets when I'm here, I wish I had listened to my friend,I wish I had read their reviews here before made my purchase, After went through all bad experiences, now I think they deserve bad reviews. I'd love to give CAS 0 star if possible. Worst experience, worst customer service, do Not recommend this company at all

    GE laundry centre was delivered on April 16th, 2022. First time using machine resulted in a flood. Canadian Appliance Source will not take responsibility of anything. They keep passing the buck!!! Can anyone help, PLEASE ????

    BUYER BEWARE While the buying process was easy and fun, the delivery process is not. CAS outsources their delivery to another company. For my delivery, this company damaged my fridge, and when I called CAS, they told me they dint have another fridge, and they would have to order another one from the manufacturer and it could take 2-3 weeks. I can only assume this was some sleaze ball sales tactic to force me to buy another fridge because when I called them the next day, they said they had the ap

    Carm in Kitchener is the GO TO online service rep! He has facilitated two different purchases, both of which were difficult due to the preexistting limitations of my home. Service was VERY thorough, super polite and very conscientious! The products can be purchased in a variety of locations but they cannot match the delivery time or the price! Can I only give 5 stars?

    Went to CAS, salesman was all over me like acne on a pubescent teenager. Ordered several high end appliances totaling just shy of $16,000. The microwave was delivered with a small dent, which was reported when the microwave was installed, 20 days after delivery due to construction. Reported it on their website link, which I later found out goes nowhere as it does not work. Called and spoke to their "customer service" after a long wait, told it would be repaired - ZERO follow up.
