Horrible Customer Service. I bought an expensive dual gas / electric range. The customer didn't tell me that I would need a 220-volt power outlet which we don't have in our kitchen. I immediately called the salesman and he said to go to their website and request an exchange. Which I did. They said I would have to take pictures of the range. Which I did. Then they informed me there would be a 25% "re-stocking fee". Which is ridiculous. STAY AWAY. Warn all your friends to not shop there.
