Clean cars, usually on time, but ... after reserving two pick-ups in a week AND calling to reconfirm, they didn't show up for the second. Their online reservation system is unreliable and they don't offer email communications. They seem to have eliminated reservation confirmation online too. Too bad - I was looking for a better service and, having used them at least 20 times, I am very dissatisfied with how they handled this failure. I will go back to my old service.
