Very difficult to get hold of ANYONE by phone or email. Extremely frustrating.,

They have zero respect for tenants of condos. No clear planning ahead, no calls/emails answering, no good services for what we pay. Such a shame!

If I could give a rating lower than 1 star I would. They notified us of a planned water outage. They then posted notices that the water outage was cancelled. Then they turned the water off with no notice claiming they did not need to give any more notice, even though they had posted notices that the outage was cancelled.

Horrible service and drastically unorganized. Trying to move into a new rental is not easy with hprrible response time, not picking up their phones to people constantly leading us to other people in the company to answer just one question and never getting an answer.

This company responds too slow. Took 2 months to get electrical fixed. I would not hire them. Save your money. Save your headaches. Go with someone else so you can have peace of mind. Very sloppy company.

This management company was very disorganized and unreliable. I do not trust them in the least. I dealt with them for 8 years and I have to say it was enough to have me sell my place. They were on the way to bankrupting us. Condo fees were raised rapidly, we had many levies and not much work done. I recommend you DO NOT go with this company.
