Henry use to be fair. For last couple of years he has become greedy. Just beware, ensure you check prices around and also check what was done is actually done right.

I have been going to Henry for years. He has solved many issues economically with safety as a top priority. I just had an oil change, fluid and belt check. I also asked him to replace a part that Ford said would take 20 minutes to install. To my surprise, the part installation was on the house. It is this kind of goodwill and quality service that keeps me coming back. Incidentally, someone I know has just paid four times Henrys price for the same service at a luxury car dealership in town....

Customer service has always been amazing, and they are very kind and efficient! I had taken my car to the dealership from day 1 and they were never able to fix my issues, they wouldn't simply apply a temporary fix, and Imperial Auto was able to FINALLY fix it, because they take time to trouble shoot, and use their hands instead of just the computers all mechanics use now. HIGHLY recommend!

Agree with the previous individual. Personal service and up to date on the new cars. Prices are right! Honest, hard working .... is it the same in the big dealerships???
