Like others have said… They do not reply quickly and only to text/email after trying to follow up (no confirmation/feedback given back). They send a form to fill out with personal info just so you can view the property. They receive and then don’t respond and/or act very unprofessional. I was told to “move on” after saying I don’t want to disclose personal info (income) just to book a viewing. Key takeaway: Unresponsive and unprofessional.

Quick to answer maintenance calls. They do their best to get things taken care of . Manager has addressed issues personally for me and provided feedback.

. The ad stated 4 bedroom clean and modern . Lies. 3 bedrooms and disgusting . When coming up to the front door the screen is half off held on with tape and to the left is a pile of wet dirty rags on the ground. When we entered nothing has been cleaned or even removed. The floors are filthy, rotten food in fridge, mouse poop In cupboards I emailed management company asking I they knew the state the house was in an they were rude

The absolute rudest and disrespectful management company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I dont know why he thinks hes better than anyone else but hes not. Extremely rude when dealing with him and treats tenants like they owe him the works. Talks down to everyone and acts as if hes above the law. I work a full time job, own my own successful company and two vehicles, he acts like everyone is lower than him. Stay away youll regret the day you deal with him!!! #windsorwarning

This property management doesn't deserve any stars. The worst management I have ever dealt with. Does not respond to complaints at all unless you threaten to go the the LTB.
