I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. The Milestones franchise has always had an excellent atmosphere and better than average food. The meals are a tad pricey but you get what you pay for.
I wanted to make a quick note about the Asian sesame chicken appetizer. It was the best chicken app. I've had in my entire life. Absolutely fantastic taste!

We go to the Dixon Road location and absolutely love it there. Mostly because we are served by Tanya and sometimes Christina. They are the best Waitresses there. Tanya always remembers what we order, even our drinks, every time we go there and Tanya is the reason we keep going back to that location. This restaurant used to be corporately run and the quality and customer service wasn't the best. Over the last couple of years it has become a franchise and the food and service is great. At this Swiss Chalet it's like the commercials says, "taste it once, love it forever."

Not sure why there are bad reviews on here. Must have visited at a bad time or something. I eat here almost weekly and am never let down. The menu is always improving and the service is pretty well standard- GREAT.
Drinks specials are always happening and there are usually seasonal deals as well. If something does go wrong (which is inevitable once in a while in ANY restaurant), a manager always comes out to fix the problem and adjust the bill accordingly.

Definitely worth the trek, this place has great food, entertaining atmo and super models serving your table! Super busy so don't expect a table during the dinner rush, at least not without a wait. We ordered burgers, and were not at all disappointed! Not only is the bun perfectly crisp, but it has so much flavour with a bit of heat, unlike most burgers and fries where you only taste the grease.
You need the good food because you need an excuse to come here coz your wife/girlfriend/mum will suspect it is to bathe in blonde super models and the excuse is good
