Since management change 2016 this store has become fantastic, even the employees
seem to have a much better attitude towards their jobs, very helpful and take the time to help you with what ever your looking for. Returns and replacement including refunds is fantastic compared to before.I can personally state that the management and their employees have gone out of their way for me a number of times. Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

Very good because of Mr. Sasha from lawn mover departement (who with his hight professional client service) saved Canadian tire from complaint at Customer protection department. I took the mover with Honda engine Back to them only hours after the purchase for it wont start. Some woman at the counter Claudette or Claudine against all Canadian laws refused any return or change only referring to repair services while talking to my wife meanwhile Sasha helped find and fix the issue! Bravo Sasha!

I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so. I took the faucet into Preston Hardware this morning and it was ready for pick-up within 90 minutes. Thank you, Nuno for providing excellence in service.
