I had a problem with the fast food place. Ordered poutine and it was ice cold. Took it back and someone told me I had to wait 15 mins because someone had accidentally turned off the gravy. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager refunded my poutines and gave me two free orders of chicken and fries. As I had a 15 month old baby waiting for lunch. She then told me to sit down and she would bring it. She brought them fresh and put a free small vanilla ice cream on my tray as well. Thank you shirley for making this right. You made my day!
