I have never experienced such personalized and excellent care from an pharmacy. The pharmacist took a long time counselling me and giving ne suggestions. The staff communicated with me several times to let me know that they had received the prescription, before they processed it and when it was out for delivery. The fact that they delivered for free (all the way to Alliston) was the icing on the cake. It's so rare to find such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Read more

About a month ago I went into this location and one of the staff named rose noticed I was having troubles deciding on makeup. She asked me if I needed help with anything and I told her I wasn't sure which foundation to use and which colour because I always get the colour wrong. She spent a couple minutes with me trying on different colours and chose one that best fit my skin type (that being dry). Never in my life have I experienced such great customer service! Always quick and efficient even when busy. They go as quickly as possible and the receptionist takes no guff from anyone. Walk in doesn't mean "right away clinic" so remember that. I have had pretty good service with all but two doctors over the past 8 years. One Indian lady doctor was clueless and kinda judgey and a more recent experience with a grey haired man doctor was very dismissive. Dr. Bernie is awesome and I try to find out when he is on duty.
