Over these years I have worked with three other property management companies and would like to state that Manuela and CS Management are by far the best. I am a landlord, utilizing RSPMs services for 3 years. Rentals are not an easy business, most tenants are great and pay on time, but some bad apples will vacate an entire building with their stupidities. RSPM has been very professional and has treated every one of my tenants very fairly, even if it means evicting them if necessary. They keep you informed, advise you of required repairs, and collect rents on time. If you take care of your building, your tenants will be well taken care of by RSPM.
