Although I don't find some people to be of particular help when I do visit, their print and copy service is FANTASTIC. Every time I arrange an order to be printed online, it is usually ready for pickup within the hour. On top of that, I was specifically uploading a file to be turned into a coiled booklet. Not only was it done very quickly, they also went beyond my order and expectations. They added a protective plastic cover for the front and back and gave me an upgrade of coil for free!

Call me a die-hard but I liked it better when these stores were all called Radio Shack. That said they are still the same in a lot of respects. This is still the place to go for all kinds of audio and video doodads that you just won't find all in one place without going to the Source. What's more is that they offer a great selection of other unique products that aren't often available anywhere else like USB devices that capture 35mm slides. They have done a good job in keeping with the times too and are quite a major Bell Mobility dealer and offer a selection of flat screen TVs and computer accessories too.

Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out.
