I have been to this location before and have always been somewhat satisfied, decent food/service..but today was completely different.The young man working the dinner hour shift named Alex was absolutely incredible....came around and asked if we were all happy with our food, asked everyone, then came over and started CLEANING tables for customers, putting trays in garbage etc.I have NEVER seen that in a fast food joint(young lady helped too!!) Hey everybody, I went to Sushi Kaika the other day, had a craving for sushi. The place has really changed, since I last visited. Keep in mind even though my recent review was posted recently, I went there 8 months ago. We got our food very quickly, service was great, unlike before. We have a young son, 2 1/2 now, the waitress was talking to him and engaging him in conversation. The food was excellent, if this experience happens all the time at Kaika, you can bet that we'd be going there again. Read more
