The representative that took my call was quite rude, when I thanked him for taking my call he had hung up on me before the end of me even saying it. I generally call this company because they have faster service on weekends but the reprentatives could be a whole lot more polite.
worst service ever.. stay away at all costs.. customer service cannot get ruder or less helpful. I forgot my phone in the cab and they flat out refused to help me.
