I had a terrible experience with a senior stylist, Teona. She completely ruined my hair. I went in asking for blonde/light brown touch up on my roots and came out with black, grey, and blue hair with many pieces broken off in weird places due to damage. My hair is so dry and it is so uneven and a complete disaster. I was there for 5.5 hrs instead of 3 hrs and didn't even get it cut or styled.
