The idea for Pathfinder came about when Chantale lost her beloved Golden Retriever, Rozzi. The loss inspired Chantale to follow her natural talent for working with animals. In 2011, she launched Pathfinder Pet Care, a boutique pet care company. Becoming a business owner wasn't far fetched for Chantale as she was raised in an entrepreneurial household.
