Excellent friendly staff! specifically at this location. Unlike the reviewer below( believe she has the wrong store altogether )The severs remember my orders, including the extra toppings I like , and unlike most of the other subways here in Nanaimo, aren't cheap with the toppings . I specifically drive out of my way to go to this store - usually am there when its busy around lunch, but have also gone late in the evening and although the staff has changed , they also have given good service.
We usually enjoy subway, but my daughter and I went to this location last Saturday for a salad. The lettuce was extremely brown.The asian man serving us refused my request for fresh lettuce, yet brought some out for the very next male customer who requested it! I have never seen worse lettuce in a subway, and feel my request was valid! Not impressed with the way I was treated!!!
