They are friendly people but don't be fooled by the name and convincing décor they are NOT an authorized Apple service provider. I went in to fix a cracked screen and wifi issue and happily paid more than the competition because I wanted LEGIT results. They replaced the screen but couldn't fix the wifi but I thought no big deal I will just head to an apple store on the mainland. Well come to find out because they aren't an authorized service facility my warranty is now void!
