Tracking shows delivered yesterday and it is nowhere to be seen. I order a lot of packages and only Dynamex has dropped the ball. Hope Amazon stops doing business with them.
They leave parcels at an apartment or condo door. They do not knock on the door or ring the door buzzer to let you know that a parcel is there. Very poor approach for a delivery business.
They never ring the doorbell to tell you they have delivered your packages. Thank god for email notifications and the fact that what I order is not fragile. It’s the worst courrier in town. Amazon continues using them even though people complain about them all the time.
Absolutely incompetent shipping company. I have lost count of the times my packages have not arrived when shipped with them. Whether due to it being damaged in transit, the driver not being able to figure out a regular apartment intercom or my not being home for to first delivery attempt, Dynamex not ever making more than one attempt to deliver and immediately sending it back instead of holding it for pickup; every time I see this company, I know that there is a 90% chance I it will not arrive.
We should be able to rate them zero. They are incompetent. They left my Amazon parcel on the front steps. The surprise was it was on time. The last two day delivery took a week. How are they still in business?
