Fantastic company, we have dealt with them many times over the years and have never been disappointed. When our condo association changed companies last year we were surprised. We had a no heat situation the other night when we came home and called the assigned contractor after many attempts we could not even leave a message. Absolute HORRIBLE company!!! Came to my house the Week of June 2nd to simply check and change the filter. When they left, my unit was no longer working or cooling. I called to complain and have them resolve the matter, they said they would send someone out to fix it, but then kept harassing me for my credit card to fix what their company obviously already broke!! Rushed home to meet their technician, who spoke with me and said he would be there for 3pm, but he never showed up. BEWARE & STAY AWAY
