I first met Dr. Melissa while she was working at another veterinary clinic. I choose to drive out to Copetown (35 minutes) because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my senior pet rabbit. She's extremely attentive, thorough, and an amazing veterinarian. You can really tell how much she cares when caring for my pet bunny and I'm extremely appreciative of that. I truly wouldn't go to anyone else. Thank you Dr. Melissa :)
Fantastic service. Caring & compassionate staff dedicated to looking after our animals as if the pets were theirs. We have been with this clinic for many years.
We recently lost a 16 yo cat to illness and found the clinic staff and the veterinarian kind and compassionate - not only to the cat but the family as well. They even sent a card of sympathy after Loco passed away. We thought that was a nice touch and it meant a lot to my daughter.
We now have two new kittens and they are being treated at the same clinic because we felt the care was very good. I also liked that they took their time with exams and explanations
Many many thanks to Dr. Alyssa Libstug for her expert diagnosing and treating of my little dog's eye on Thanksgiving weekend for a significantly large ulcer. The passionate care from this clinic is amazing. p.s. Tia's eye is much better and I am very thankful.
