Terrible. I would never recommend this place.
I've been coming here for two years since moving to Toronto. This place is fantastic IF you get the right doctor. The pharmacists are awesome. Dr. Mitchell is the best and there's a male doctor who is very good too but not there often. The other doctors are, frankly, horrid. Rude and condescending and I always leave them feeling worse than when I came in. Today one basically called me an idiot for not knowing what my blood pressure is normally. Well excuse me. Call ahead to find the good docs.
The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely fast wait times so I can get on with my day. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Horrifying experience. I left in tears and I will never, ever go back. I was treated with condescension when my answers to the doctor's questions were not deemed satisfactory. I found her quite rough and insensitive during the physical examination, and when I left, I felt my symptoms had been worsened from the exam. Unsatisfied with the outcome of her "care", I drove 2 minutes to another clinic for a second opinion, where I was given immediate satisfactory treatment.

We are sorry for the experience you had with one of the doctors here. We are working consistently to resolve any issues. There is always an answer for anything. We can always refer you to another doctor here that may be able to resolve your issues.
I took my 4 month old son in for immunization, before I went in, I called for several times to make sure if I need make an appointment, they told me: just bring him in, we can sneak him in for the shot!'. however, this 'sneak in' turned out to be 2 hours waiting in a crowded place. Maybe waiting is ok for adult, but for such a small baby waiting is a torture....I have to say if you can not predict how many people are coming in, at least tell us to make an appointment. And after the shot, the doc even did not tell us to wait for 15 mins before we can leave, such poor practice.
