i found the front desk very nice and friendly. was seen by a female dr who was very helpful and caring. the wait time was very short.

I seem to have had a much better time than the previous reviewers. There was a very little wait time and my doctor was very professional and kind. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I agree with both the comments below. This must just be part of the culture at this clinic as I saw the male South Asian doctor he treated me terribly. I have several injuries in my lower extremity from running and I needed them diagnosed to be reported to my employer, he refused to do so and evenr refused to give me a referral to a sports medicine doctor who would be able to give me a better opinion. Basically told me to get orthotics and kicked me out the door.

I an can connfirm with the previous review with the black board of rules I find that kind of weird and upsetting. The Dotor I had that day was very unprofessional and immature. I went in for a pregnancy test and asked to do an urinie test before a blood and she said it's the same test you buy at the store so I had to pretty much beg and say please she came back with a shrug and said negative before even shutting the door. This was the worst experience I have had at a walk in clinic. There were angry posters in the waiting room about all the things you aren't allowed to do in the waiting room. I waited longer than I thought I would, considering the waiting room was empty. The doctor was incompetent and was unsympathetic. I injured my arm. She asked me one question and poked my arm for 3 seconds and told me to have a nice day and be on my way. She didn't tell me what kind of injury I had acquired, she gave me no instructions on how to care for my arm, and didn't give me a timeline of how long it would take to heal. I felt like she was in a rush to get me out and took no time to properly address my injury. I am thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received and will never go back to this clinic again, even if it means I have to travel double the distance to seek out medical care.
