    I had a coupon fo...

    I had a coupon for my both lower legs hair removal but they didn't accept it saying that it only covers 1 leg and tried to sell me service at a high price for the second one which was actually paid and covered in my groupon coupon. They try to get your money and at the same time very impolite.

    First of all I walked in and not a single soul greeted me. Secondly I purchased Juvederm online go in and the doctor who was preforming this was BEYOND rude to me. He sits me down tells me I cant have a friend to hold my hand. He can tell I was more than nervous and instead of calming me down he goes "so why do you want to do this your going to bleed alot look.." *Shows me previous patients blood* What kind of professionalism is that? So I got up and got my money back.

    NOT laser removal

    it's IPL, not hair removal, but they sell it as laser hair removal. Be extremely careful. I lost lots of money and time.

    I have been a client for nearly a year and I'm not really a type to write reviews at all but having done laser in the past else where I felt a need to write a feedback for this place! The staff is super friendly and highly knowledgeable. I have seen very good results and will probably do my touch ups here as well. The place is far from me. I travel from Mississauga just to do my laser hair removal but it's totally worth it. I rather go to a far place to get a good service than a place close by that does poor treatments. Highly recommended everyone! Already sent three of my friends there!
